I've written a few tutorials in my time and had them spread out, some were on the Net on my website and others were exclusive to the forum I co-owned with Lou, Butter and Simone. Since the forum closed, I have now moved the exclusives to a blog and you can find them here at Stylin' Serina Tuts. The others are still on my website and will slowly be moved over to the blog as well, but for now you can find them on Stylish Dreams.

hahahahaa .. Funeral for a kit hahaha ..

I'm sitting here LMAO!! My two closest and dearest friends are the biggest goofs I know but I do love them dearly. So they created this fabulous collab that you just have to go check out on their blogs .. but before I send you off in that direction .. I have to tell you what happened .. so we three are chatting away and all of a sudden my dear friend Lou says she'll murdered my dear friend Butter's kit :O and links us to her blog so we can take a peek. Now there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with her layout its fabulous, but it turned into a huge joke that she'd killed Butters kit with her layout LMAO! So dear butter being who she is, decided to have a little funeral pmsl .. so now head on over to her blog HERE and have a peek at her announcement, pay your respects to her kit and then head on over to Lou's tutorial blog HERE to see the layout being referred to. Ahh my dear friend Joanne has her fabulous store up and running now, and I got to play with this lovely Valentine kit of hers .. I have to say it has soo many different ways it can be used .. this is what I did with it ..

Wow its been a while since I did anything here .. I have to admit I've been going through some major online "don't wanna be here in forums and blogs" blars and been spending a little bit of time in facebook but not as much .. guess I don't know what I really want to do, maybe cutting back on online time might be an idea I should toy with for a bit and then I'll miss it enough and come back with lots of gusto to want to do more stuff. Anyways .. I have also been sick on and off and caught my third cold/cough in 6 weeks right over the christmas holiday and couldn't really speak on christmas day .. so all this getting sick is not helping my mood any. Okay, enough rambling, my sincerest compliments of the season to all of you and your families. I hope you all got to enjoy some family time and that santa was good to you. I have a few more posts to make so I will just end this one here and wish you all the best for 2010.

So my dear friend Amanda who used to be at AMI decided to disappear on us for a bit due to personal happenings, but now she's back and in full swing!! Wow, let me tell you I've known Amanda for a long time now and she never ceases to amaze me with her creations .. so you need to keep an eye on her .. watch out for all the fabulous new stuff she's going to be bringing your way .. she has already started up a blog, done three smashing tubes which I can't wait to get my hands on I love her new style .. and for the best ever news .. she's starting up her own store to sell her stuff!! Soooooooooo .. make sure you go follow her blog .. and keep an eye on that store for all the new goodies ..

New Autumn Romance Tag ..

I think I'm slowly getting my mojo back .. I had a play with this fabulous kit called An Autumn Romance which was created by Sam. Originally it was part of the huge collab kit put out in September by Twilight Scraps, but its now available on its own for purchase .. go check it out .. its got a lot of beautiful pieces in it with the possibility of making numerous tags that would turn out different each time. 1. How long have you been using PSP, PS?

I have been using PSP for about several years now, I can't remember exactly when I started but it was around the time that PSP 7 had come out. I have tried hard to figure out Photoshop but get lost every time I open it LMAO

2. How did you get into making tags, scrapkits?

Wow, well I started initially wandering around the msn chatrooms, and saw they were making these fab tags, so I thought I'd give it a try, this was back in the day when it was a big thing of adding your name to these cute little animated dolls *giggles* I guess after time things evolved and tags and scrapkits came into play so I just went with the flow.

3. Who`s your fave artist? -

Oh boy! I can't honestly pick just one, I love Rac, Elias, Jose Cano, Popeye Wong, Garv, Woolcott, CEI, and many many many more.

4.Who`s your favourite Scrap Designer?

As everyone's tastes are subject to change my favs right now have to be Irene Alexeeva and Leilla Designs. I'm also a huge fan of Kay Miller Designs and Nitwits.

5. Which three blogs do you visit everyday?

I have to admit I'm not a daily blog hopper person but there are several I love to visit weekly :)

When I saw this kit I had to tag it .. the colors are beautiful, and when you see the amount of elements and papers it will blow you away. Soo many different possiblities you can make tags out the ying yang with this kit and they would all look very unique and different. Well its an hour shy of May 10th which is Mothers Day for a lot of us so I wanted to just post and wish everyone a very Happy Mothers Day. I hope you all get pampered and spoilt by all your family members the way you all deserve to be treated.

On this day I remember my mother, who sadly left us last year on May 13th 2008. Even though she wasn't close by, and lived far across the miles and oceans, we still phoned and wished each other every mothers day. I miss her dearly and wish she was here with us. This next week is going to be hard for me as the anniversary of her one year death approaches on Wednesday. May she rest in peace and I hope and pray that she is happy and peaceful in her new home.

Happy Mothers Day everyone .. remember to spoil and appreciate your mothers to as you don't know how long they will be around for, and you don't want to kick yourself when its to late to say I love you ;)

Butter, Lou, Simone and myself decided to try something new, so we thought we'd all try to put together little bits to make a big massive Valentines Collab kit for you to all enjoy!! I have to say it was a first for me and butter in making our parts, and I think we did pretty well considering. Needless to say Butters contribution to it all just ROCKS! Feeling better - a little

I dragged myself to the doctor on Thursday this past week as I was progressively getting worse. Turns out I have full blown pneumonia this time, and its been horrible. I had been having chills and aches and pains like mad. The doc was not happy. Anyways, he's put me on antibiotics, but I've been so low on energy its been crazy. And the coughing .. omg .. horrible horrible horrible. I've been on the antibiotics for a few days now and starting to feel a little more human, but the coughing is still there and my throat gets really nasty at times. I hope it all clears up real soon. Anyways, just wanted to let everyone who reads my blog know whats up with me. Hubby is still coughing so I don't know if the antibiotics are helping that much, my daughter still coughing and my son gets really bad at night to .. I just want it all to go away!!!

What I've been upto!!

I know I know .. butter doesn't kick my butt hard enough to get me updating my blog blame her lmao! I've been nursing 3 sick people at home for the past week. Hubby came down with a cough and it got so bad but he refused to go to the doc (MEN!! grr!). Eventually he caved and went Monday, turns out he has bronchitis so he's on antibiotics. Sierra has been coughing and sick for the past two weeks and the last two times I took her to the doc he said he wasn't giving her anything, but this time I took her he realized it wasn't going away so he's put her on antibiotics to .. what a difference she's a lot better thankfully. Sean came down with a nasty double eye infection on Monday and screamed for 2 hours straight as his eyes were burning real bad, I felt helpless, but by Tuesday thanks to the drops the doc had prescribed the last time he'd put some gunk in his eye from whacking a tree branch its much better now. All would be well except now he's got a raspy voice and is coughing .. and guess what!! I'm coughing again to so I will be dragging my butt back to the doc by the end of this week most likely!!

So that's what I've been upto! I have 4 tutorials written up and want to get 'em posted later tonight if I have any energy, if not they will go up tomorrow. I apologize to the ladies who's CT teams I belong to, it just seems sickness is following me around like the plague lately.

Right I gotta get off here for a bit, I've written a book here, sorry for the long winded post .. have a great evening!

I miss her dearly and today is hard for me as even though we never saw her on her birthday there was always that phone call to wish her and to just chat about her day.

(1) How long have you been using PSP, PS?

I haven't really used PS as I get confused as soon as I open it lmao. PSP I have been using for several years now I started back in the time when PSP7 was being phased out and PSP 8 was being introduced.

(2) How did you get into making tags, scrap kits?

I'm not sure how exactly I ended up in a psp group think I was discovering msn at that time, I ended up in a lovely group that is still to this date up and running. I saw people taking dolls and adding their names to them, and thought hey I can learn this, so I started to play, then I discovered tutorials and plugins and .. well .. you know how the story goes from there hehe

Yayy its Friday and its a long weekend here!! We have been invited for a bbq to the neighbours house on Saturday that should be fun! The rest of the weekend is still up in the air for now *giggles* Anyways, we'll take it as it comes so thats fine!

So my dear friend Butter has written a couple of fabby tuts go check 'em out! Curiosity Killed the Cat is her latest one and she wrote another one prior called Voodoo Pins which rocks!! She used a kit made by the fabby Simone called Voodoo Dolls which you can download from her blog HERE her kits just kick ass big time!! Make sure you leave her some love when you download stuff from her site!! My other wonderful friend Lou has got up a few new tuts as well!! Framed Beautys and her latest one being Hottie Alert so be sure to check her out to.

Another dear friend Sunf has two gorgeous tuts up called Justa Boy and Talk to the Animals, beautiful color combinations and well put together tags .. her tuts just rock as well!!

Firstly I will say thank you to Yvette for the link to Shel's Scraps which she posted on her blog. Wow, and then a big thank you to Shel's Scraps for her little tut on how to put up this fabby background she has made. Go over and visit her blog, you'll be blown away by all her fabulous backgrounds she has created for blogs.

Other than that nothing really new to post. I'm soo ready for back to school my two brats are driving me banana's!! Then again I'm not ready to rush into Fall so I will just grin and bear my brats driving me batty and hope that I'm still sane by the time they do start school again pmsl!

Oo yes I been watching So you think you can dance .. be interesting to see who gets left in for the finale next week .. off to watch tv for a bit now .... have a great nite!

Thursday afternoon and I'm bored

So I've fiddled and fuddled with the blog and still don't know what to do with it hehee!! Any suggestions? Its been a crappy few days here with spurts of thunderstorms and rain and lightening. I hate those, I want to cower under my bed and stay there till they've passed over. The sun is shinning for a bit now so I think I'll just head out for some fresh air and see whats going on out there :) Have a great day everyone!
